What looks good in a boring school uniform? (any ideas!)?

Ok, well my uniform consists of black trousers and black capri pants (used to have skirts that you can actually watch, but got rid of those = () white blouse or white golf shirt or long sleeve white golf shirt sleeve, charcoal color sweater vest, charcoal sweater. We use black shoes without heels are spoiled and shoes have to have the feet and heels covered and to wear black ballet shoes with black socks. It is a very boring, but w / e.We not have any rules on clothing thing, thank God. The designer handbags should I get? (ie coach, Gucci, Chanel …??) Therefore, any idea? accessories, hair, makeup … how to use the uniform? thanks a lot = D
